Centred around Sylvia Plath’s Lady Lazarus, the programme crafted by Icelandic soprano Álfheiður Erla Guðmundsdóttir and American pianist Kunal Lahiry spans from the 17th century to the present, tracing themes of oppression and its counterforce: freedom.

These artists are presented by Harpa in Reykjavik and the Luxembourg Philharmonic as part of ECHO Rising Stars.
